If you're referred through your employer or a commissioned service, it's fully funded. For individuals accessing directly, contact us — we'll never turn someone away because of cost. 

Housing, debt, employment, family, welfare benefits, immigration, consumer rights, and health navigation — including complex cases where multiple issues overlap. 

No. We focus on practical casework — actions, advocacy, system navigation, and resolution. 

Completely. We never share individual case details without your consent, except where safeguarding duties apply.

FOR EMPLOYERS & COMMISSIONERS

Traditional EAPs address emotional impact. We resolve the underlying problem — negotiating with landlords, challenging benefit decisions, managing employment disputes. We act as your primary EAP or the resolution layer your existing programme can't provide. 

Unlimited access to expert casework, end-to-end resolution, and full confidentiality as standard. Our Partnership tier adds account management, quarterly impact reporting, ESG data, and digital platform access. 

Per employee per annum, scaled from 50 to 10,000+ employees. We'll provide a detailed proposal after an initial scoping conversation. 

Most partnerships launch within two to four weeks of agreement. 

Anonymised impact metrics, resolution rates, financial outcomes secured, and ESG/social value data. Never individual case detail.
